Got My System Back... Oh Wait, No I Didn't

I got a box from UPS today that had an Xbox 360 inside, along with a letter. The letter said, "So that you can get back to playing and enjoying your Xbox quicker, we have replaced your Xbox console with a replacement unit." That's great. My system, that was maybe a month old has been replaced with one that could be a year old and have bricked before. But there's a bright side, they gave me a one month subscription to Xbox Live. Thanks a lot, jerks. Microsoft blows, but at least if I want to move my system right next to my computer so I can hook it up to the internet, I could play games online for free (which is how much it costs on every other console) for one month.

Replacement consoles have been a complaint among gamers sending their consoles in. Does it work?

play games for free on every other console? what games, all those Wii online ones? or maybe resistance on the PS3? no thanks, i'll happily pay less than a quarter a day to have access to all the games available on 360 any day. MS RULZ!!

What kind of a person works out prices to a "what does this cost me each day" sum?
With that logic, I could get a PS3 for less than a $1.40 a day. Watch me run to the store.

You didn't answer Andy's question jerk. Does it work? What condition is it in? Like are there any smudges or dirt or does M$ clean it?

It does work, and it had a big black smudge on the side of it when I pulled it out of the packaging, and maybe it's my imagination, but it looks faded. Not really creamy colored anymore, but dull. As long it doesn't break again I guess I'll be okay. That damn skate game needs to come out already.

Just as I suspected. Those pricks will be keeping mine for a month only to find out that they will just swap it out with a refurb? Why then take 1 month to get it back, eh MicroShit? Bunch of liars I say. They should have just saved time and sent me out a refurb while I sent mine away to become some other guy's refurb. Great! Looking forward to someone else's console return.
