It turns out that two other classes are timed releases. The Beserker class will unlock this Friday(7/25) and the Commando class will unlock August 12th.
If you're like me, you've already played through the Too Human demo. I was able to get almost an hour and a half of play out of the demo. I checked out all the secret areas and all the chests and actually enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would. Unfortunately, the demo only allows you to play as a Champion... for now.
Of course, if you don't want to wait, all you have to do is unplug from Xbox Live and change the date on your Xbox 360 to the future. Quite simple.
To unlock the Defender or Bioengineer, select them in the class select screen. Then flick the left thumbstick to the right and press A at the same time. (This may only work if you've changed the date forward. I'm unable to test it since my 360 is in for repairs.)

I can't decide if I like this game enough to buy it. It was kinda fun, but I don't like the stick controls so much.
Dude, are you saying your SECOND 360 is out for repairs??? Yikes.
Yep. Same problem as my original: video chip, aka E-74. But this one's still under warranty.
