Xbox 360 Repairs: Day Eight

After two different delays from Hurricane Dolly, my Xbox 360 was finally delivered to the Repair Center this morning around 9:30 am. Microsoft e-mailed me about two hours later to inform me that they received it.

Now it's time for more waiting. From everything I hear they won't actually repair my Xbox and send it back, but simply send back one that's already been repaired. Hopefully soon since I already lost about four days due to weather.

When I sent mine off a while back, they sent out a new unit with a 'born-on' date of a month prior to my repair. The new unit's fan is insanely loud, though. Like, I wear giant f'n headphones and the high pitched whine still leaks through.
